    Are we supposed to eat everything on the menu or pick one item ? For instance in snacks we had a bagel, edamame, jam, and a vegetable. That seems like
    a lot for a snack. Jeneieve

    You eat it all. I thought it seemed like a lot too, but after the first 5 days, I had lost 2 1/2 pounds! Good luck to you.
