eating fats with carbs

Can you give me an example of a carb and a fat that should not be eaten together? I read an article from this website that warned against eating carbs and fats together. I’d love to know what I should eat with a carb in order to help burn calories. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m getting pretty tired of the Joel & Josh emails as well. There should be an unsubscribe button, i just haven’t done it. In fact, since signing up, i receive all kinds of unsolicited ‘health’ emails. Some are informative…the others i just unsubscribe or delete. But it’s a small price to pay…i LOVE the TDC
