Sugar,Fat,and Calories all count so I’m here to learn how to eat better for a better life. I currently weight 197 and hate it!! at age 53 this mature woman wants to feel and look better. I go over board with sugar and calories and to my surprise I’m a sugar nut. Today I walked into my kitchen wanting regular sugar to get that feel good sensation but I didn’t do it intend I select fruit (orange, pine apples and strawberries) small amount to help with the craving and boardom. This is my first day to living and eating better with trim down, my goal is to change my mind to eating better while eating great. I believe the mind is where my battle with food starts so once I correct old thinking habits and I can begin to eat better.
Hi, sentersrene, and welcome! Congratulations for taking the first steps and getting on the right track with your willpower. Remember that even setbacks may be part of the process, so hang in there – the good days will outnumber them and add up.
