I actually wanted some help, I am an incredibly small eater and I find the food is just too much for me to get through, can you suggest how I can cut down the eating plan to suit me better
Be sure you don’t eat so little that you limit the amounts to semi-starvation. Focus on proteins, fruits, and vegetables – you can cut back on the fats and carbs, but preferably when you are least active. It is best not to eat light throughout your active day and then eat more before bed. You can also increase your physical activity level to keep your metabolism rate up
