Just wondering if I can only eat what you have on your menu? There is not much to choose from. What about Boca burgers (veggie, chicken)
What about anything that is fat free. My diet says 72% healthy, is that even good? I really want to lose weight!! I’m 32 yrs old, 5’3″ 155 lbs
Also, does my food have to be raw and organic for me to lose weight?
Check the amount of carbs in your burgers. Subtract fibre from carbs to get what you are eating in carbs. Your carb ratio should be 30% of your calorie intake. REMEMBER – eat carbs with protein always.
Thanks Cindy
