How can I use the foods we normally like to eat and adding more or less items to make a meal planner correct? Normal meals: Breakfast – egg, bacon, milk Lunch – Subway turkey sandwich Dinner – Fish/chicken, rice/sweet potato, steamed veggies. Don’t think I’m getting enough carb/protein ratio?????
Hi, Debbee, yes. Though we do encourage you to at least gradually make healthy food choices, you can build menus from the foods you normally eat, and benefit from the portions size, meal timing, and food combining features of the Menu Planner. The food combining feature automatically features a good carb/protein ratio.
