I am a creature of habit. I eat oatmeal 4-5 mornings a week with some milk, walnuts, and berries. The same with lunches out, I eat 1/2 of a 6 inch sub 4-5 times a week. Is it okay if I find something on your list to eat it a number of times a week? Do I have to eat the snacks as listed or can I eat the almonds & fruit for both snack times in a day or even a number of times in a week?
The ossie lady did tell me it’s ok to repeat days of the menu. So once you get a menu you like you can repeat it. I’ll let someone else chime in on the snacks. I frequently eat the same breakfast or lunch. I noticed you can also switch Lunch and Dinner.
