I am excited to start my ketogenic journey but I’m finding a ton of this is eggs and I’m unfortunately allergic.I can substitute eggs in things like cakes,pancakes ect but most breakfast are egg based. any suggestions? I’m a newbie.
Hi, kdew1976. You can substitute with 1/3 cup (85 g) of tofu for each egg. If that doesn’t suit you, please let me know.
