Hi,
Can I replace Omega3 eggs with free range eggs? I only eat eggs from our own chickens. You can’t get any better in my opinion. They are truly FREE range, and there is no rooster, so no fertile eggs either. Just what I want as a veggie-vegan.
I get my Omega 3-6-9 from Hemp and Chia-seeds.
Hi, mjffey. That sounds great. If you supplement their usual feed/grass with flax or chia seeds, that will add fish-like omega-3s to the egg without the fish taste.
Hi Sharon,
I eat the Hemp seed, not the chickens 🙂 Way too expensive to feed that, and I don’t like fishy tast anyway:0(
