My menu has me eating eggs every day sometime as many as three…..how can that be healthy ??
Hi, karaokejan. Perhaps you have indicated lactose free? That may bring up more eggs. Also, you can go into your menu planner and swap out individual foods for something you’d like better. In the menu planner, you will see blue arrows to the right of the individual foods. Click on it, and it will bring up a list of other foods that you can sub for it. See if that helps. And, I agree! Eggs 3 times per day is too much for me too! 🙂 jan
can anyone tell me what is a omega 3 egg? is it same as a free range egg and what difference is between regular egg?
Hi Kristin..An omega 3 egg is from a chicken that has been fed omega 3 enriched food. I bought them at the health food store and then saw them at one of our nicer grocery stores. I live in Florida.
