MemberI went to the store to buy omega 3 eggs. No luck but maybe they are labeled differently? Do I need to go to a health food store

MemberHi, Bidigl01. Depending on where you live, you may find omega-3 or pastured eggs only at health food stores. If you post your zip code, I would be happy to help find possibilities.

MemberHi
We have our own chickens, just 3 who are free range, can we add flax seed to their diet instead of buying omega 3 eggs?
Thank you

MemberHi, rocnico. Of course. No need to break the bank! You may also wish to find a local egg producer who lets their hens eat natural grasses – those eggs might be cheaper, and they can be just as healthy.
