How to avoid snacking a lot at night.
That was always a big problem for me. I am into week 2 now, and I have found that because I m having food every 2 -2 1/2 hours, I am not wanting to snack in the evening. Plus, you get a snack after dinner, so this seems to help me. Good luck to you! Plus, you have to drink a lot of water…10 cups a day!!
