Is there a list of what your supposed to have to each meal? For example: Breakfast you should have XX Carbs, xx Protein, xx Fat….ect. That would be helpful in putting together a menu yourself.

After you make out you menu, and you hit finished. The menu will come out . on the right side of the page there is a plac that says something like nutritionial values. and it will give you you’re toatals for your personal diet pln.
I notice those can vary a bit from day to day. I was hoping for a list of here is the min of each that you need…
