Good Morning, I am new to this program and am trying to find a list of exchanges and what the daily allowances are for points
Hi, Kencan1950. The list of exchanges are here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. You can see your daily allowances (and those for each meal) by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus.
