annbobbyMemberhi guys

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, AnnBobby. Ezekiel may not be available there. Look for “Everfresh” brand sprouted products, or any sprouted wholemeal bread that does not contain hydrogenated (hardened) fats.

annbobbyMemberHi Ossie-Sharon
thanks for this…. I will look again…. we seem to quite limited here… may be that i have to cut it out?….what about things like rice bread…. just a thought ( not seen it yet though!!)…there are gluten free breads here…but they are very expensive (about £3.00 pre loaf compared to white bread @ £1.00 pre loaf)

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Ann. The challenge with gluten-free breads is that sometimes they are quite refined. You would do better with even just a simple wholemeal bread, granary bread, something rustic and uncomplicated by the downside of modernization.
