I have been on this diet 8 weeks, I have followed the diet very carefully every week, when I have eaten out, I was careful to eat very closely to the menu. I stepped up my work-out routine, adding anopther day of exercise. I have only lost a couple pounds. I was on the Weight Watchers simple start program prior and lost 5 pounds on that in 3 weeks. I was never hungry on that diet either. I did learn about portion control on this one, I bought a scale and weigh and measure my food, I will continue to do that now that I am back on the Weight Watchers simple start plan.
