    What is fast food french/onion rings & fast food vegetable salad? Also, I’m not very good on the computer& i accidently submitted one of your recipes as a new receipe. Sorry about that.

    Fast foods that you do not make at home and order in or eat out. Salads are a great choice, if, it is not loaded with fat dressing and cheese. You can however chose to slim a salad when you are out, by asking questions ahead before ordering it.
