    How do I get enough fats, as I don’t like oils. I like butter, mayo and salad cream

    hi, Diane. Butter is fine if it is high-quality, e.g. organic, pastured, grass-fed (each teaspoon = 1 fat exchange, just like oil). Mayonnaise is fine if it includes olive oil or omega-3 fats (each 1/2 tablespoon = 1 fat exchange). The healthy value of salad cream depends on its ingredients – try to use only those with unprocessed and natural ingredients (each tablespoon = 1 fat exchange).
