Hi there!
I’m new to the Trim Down Club. I live in Israel, and have been working with a dietician. I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver, and therefore she has given me a plan with very little fruit. What do you suggest? Also, most of our cream cheese is available in 5% fat choices.
Debbie
Hi, debcarbo, and welcome. Fruit sugar (fructose) is a problem with fatty liver if it is artificially concentrated (as in sweeteners), but not so much in whole fruit. In any event, our menus don’t provide more than 3 servings of fruit per day, and you can swap them for non-starchy vegetables to reduce your fructose intake even more.
With regard to the cream cheese, thhe 5% product is fine.
