    My option for \”dinner\”meals is mostly fish,a very expensive grocery item as are many of the choices with this program.However,I also need to adjust my budget,somewhat,to accommodate the needed diet.The issue I have really,is that I live alone and with 4 fish dinners,there tends to be a lot of left overs from 1 week to the next(hard to buy one type of fresh fish for 1 meal).I do not wish to freeze it if possible as I feel it changes its nutritional value.So what I have done is this-one meal of fish a week,I eat all the leftovers soas not to waste.I started the diet 7 days ago and although the scales don\’t reflect little weight loss,I feel a change in my body and a huge improvement in my skin turgor.
