I need fibre in the morning. Will fibre one bars fit with this plan?
Hi, Celadia. Fibre One bars aren’t encouraged here because they are quite processed and contain isolated fructose, which can interfere with your efforts here. If you make good choices in the morning – such as whole grain cereals or bread, fruit, and nuts or seeds, you can get much more fiber than in the bar.
