    today it is my first day of diet i have enjoyed the food something which i will continue to cook and eat. i feel better have a bit of energy and feel fuller. my concern was how im going to manage these 6 meals a day but as they are small portion they have kept me full and had no cravings.

    I joined today because I have chronic pancreatitis. I have a problem with food. I like it too much. It does not like me. My goal is to eat better and change the way I think about and crave food. Would love to hear how you do it or your challenges.

    hi ossie most of these recipies are really good and i will try them. i was wondering if there are and indian dishes you can suggest in this diet i like my foo spicy food thank you

    I have just reached the end of my first week and I definitely feel lighter. I will be weighing myself tomorrow so will let you know how much I lost.

    I would find this hard to believe if it wasn’t me standing on the scales ,but I’ve lost 9lbs.Very happy.

    Good luck Shabnam, If you don’t lose as much as I did don’t be disheartened. There are alot of factors to take into consideration, plus I have alot of weight to lose and in the past have lost the most amount of weight in the first week. I expect my weight loss next week to be no where near as much. Stick with it, it does work.

    I’m just starting out on this program. Could someone help me get started. I really don’t want to choose the foods I want. I would rather do the one that says to just have my food picked for me.

    i really love the food better than other diets i will stick to this diet as the food is great and i am satisfied
