shabnamParticipanttoday it is my first day of diet i have enjoyed the food something which i will continue to cook and eat. i feel better have a bit of energy and feel fuller. my concern was how im going to manage these 6 meals a day but as they are small portion they have kept me full and had no cravings.

jill224MemberI joined today because I have chronic pancreatitis. I have a problem with food. I like it too much. It does not like me. My goal is to eat better and change the way I think about and crave food. Would love to hear how you do it or your challenges.

JellybeanParticipantGood luck Shabnam, If you don’t lose as much as I did don’t be disheartened. There are alot of factors to take into consideration, plus I have alot of weight to lose and in the past have lost the most amount of weight in the first week. I expect my weight loss next week to be no where near as much. Stick with it, it does work.

shabnamParticipanti really love the food better than other diets i will stick to this diet as the food is great and i am satisfied
