I started the diet today, and there is a lot of food. I did prepare some last night, and have meetings that will interfere with part of my day. I am curious to see how eating so much will make you lose.
Welcome Goalseaker and good luck to you. I am amazed at how eating so much has revved up my metabolism and is making me lose weight! Today is day 7 for me. I couldn’t wait until today to weigh so I did yesterday and in 6 days have lost 6 pounds! If you’ll glance through some of these threads you will see several similar results. I think this is the jumpstart my system was looking for.
