    I like to have porridge for my breakfast everyday (boring I know but I like it, it fills me up). Can I do this and still follow the programme?
    Also there seems to be very few recipes for one person, or am I looking in the wrong place?

    Hi, Mariel. You absolutely can have whatever you want for each breakfast. Porridge is a great choice, and enjoying yourself is a priority.
