MemberIt is generally recommended to eat 100 gm of fish twice per week, due to the concern you mentioned. How many times per week are you seeing fish on your menu?

MemberMy menu has fish on it 7 times. The second menu has it 5 times. Is that ok.

MemberHi, Ohno. That isn’t really the spirit of the Menu Planner, which ideally would provide more variety. What other proteins (i.e. meats or substitutes) did you select? Did you select a lot of fats? What is your age, height, weight, and weight goal?

MemberI am 63,5’3″,when I started 2 weeks ago I was 178 now I am down 163 my goal 130 pounds. The choices I picked from the menu mostly was what I was familiar with in which was 85% and also 2 other alternatives which was rated 93% and 95% healthy. I do have to watch also protein due to kidney stones. I was told by my urologist only 2 servings of protein(i.e.meat and beans) twice a day not. I just followed the menu that was giving from the healthy alternative
