I can’t find ground flaxseed anywhere I live here in the uk.what can I use as a substitute. I like the smoothies

Hi, Freda. We recommend you buy (and refrigerate) whole flaxseed, then only grind it just before you use it. That way, it won’t oxidize, which is unhealthy. If you do want pre-ground, please do keep it in the freezer. Tesco, Holland and Barrett, and Whole Foods Market all carry flaxseed.
