Hi I’m from NZ went to local health store to get whole wheat flour. They didn’t have that but whole grain stone ground flour (which I have used for the blueberry scones -De-lish by the way). The lady said she thought that “whole wheat” was the same thing. Is “whole grain” ok? Thanks
Hi, Gerardine. Yes! Whole grain and wholemeal are the same.
