I need some tips for the working woman. We have a great cafeteria and I am sure I can get something there. I used to just get a sandwich, soap or salad, but not sure what ingredients are in them.
Hi, Seahunt. One of the online guides deals with this issue (see in My Downloads above) – “Staying Strong when the Routine is Gone”. Just use the basic healthy eating principles discussed there, and you should be fine. You don’t have to be perfect, just do a little better than you would have before, and the changes will add up.
