I have just started the first week. after choosing the foods on the list and printed the menu, I found having egg for breakfast every day. looked on the menu planning the next day the menu was completely different. it is confusing. I want menu planning for one person. I am diabetic type 2 and suffer with Asthma. can you provide me a menu planning bearing these aspects in mind?
Please read the above requests please
Hi, PouranAnvar. The Menu Planner provides you a different menu for every day, but you can repeat days throughout the week. If you want to switch any of the items (such as the egg), just click on it and a list of alternatives will pop up from which you can select to switch.
With regard to your health needs, hopefully you are being followed by a healthcare provider familiar with your case.Note that this program is based on nutrition for type two diabetics, and if you have food sensitivities related to your asthma, the Menu Planner application enables you to avoid whichever foods aggravate your condition.
