I have been eating only one meal a day with maybe one or two snacks. I have a health shake in the morning. I am not hungry after that. I live alone and the amount of food listed is daunting. All the recipes are huge and I don’t know where to start.
Hi Pasty…yes you will be finding it hard! I hardly eat during the day too, and started today on this…there is a lot of food for people like you and me! I hate preparing food so will struggle with that…but we must eat it all to change our metabolism. I am not really following any recipes…it is way to hot to cook during the day where I am right now! So I am just swapping foods and picking ones that I am used to, and are easy to get at. Maybe you could just try that.
