I have started the trim down programme but am confused about the amount of food to eat each meal has 4_5 different fĂ´ods do I eat all of them or how many of them doing have.
Yes, the intention is for you to eat all of them. If you want fewer items, you can choose between 2 foods that are from similar food groups (i.e. protein or carbohydrate), and double the content.
