My problem is that I don’t like a whole lot of things and I’m not used to eating much. I really don’t know if I am getting the right amount of carbs, protein, etc. per meal. There are things that I usually cook my family like baked chicken, meatloaf, tacos, brisket, roast. Can I use some of these things as a main corse?
Is these a set breakdown per meal of what is needed that I can use to loose weight?

Hi, Mercat. Absolutely! Eat what you like, just see about eventually upgrading any that might have features that work against your health and weight efforts.
To the right of your finished menu, you will see a link for “View Menu Exchanges” – there you will see the exchanges per meal. These corresopnd to the echanges here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
You can build your own menu in the Menu Planner by clicking on the circular arrow icon next to the name of each meal on your menu page, and following the instructions there.
