OnelMemberI know what amounts of carbs, proteins and fats I’m trying to stay under. I’ve reviewed a 7-day menu and made notes but I can’t afford to buy such a variety of foods each week. So, if it shows a fish, how do I count that fish, no matter what it is? Assume cod and salmon are different. I like talipia…how is that counted? A piece of bread is counted ? carbs. Anything else? If you know of a good, separate nutrional online source for me to look it up, that would be great!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Onel. You definitely don’t need to buy all that variety. You can select meals and days that you want to repeat and that’s absolutely fine. You can also go into your profile to make sure you get a lower variety in general in your menu.
