Where are the food exchanges to help create your own dishes?
Hi, Trish. They are here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
You can see your pattern by clicking on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, and you can use the manual menu-building tool by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the upper right of each meal.
What is “fee” spread and what are substitutes?
What is “free” spread, and are there substitutes?
