Hi, new ot this and confused already, is there anywhere I can get a food list of what I can eat, to do my own planning, also what anout any breakfast cereals that are ok?
Thanks hopeing tp get to grips with all this 🙁
Hi, Lolwheatley. Absolutely! When you enter the personal version of the Menu Planner application (the right-most option here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner), the foods listed in the lighter blue shades are considered the healthiest, and you will see breakfast cereals listed there. The trick is to find types that are based on whole grains, without excessive added sugars, salt, or artificial ingredients.
To see amounts of foods that make up exchanges, see these lists here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
You can plug them into your pattern, which you can see by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your menu.
