I try to keep my pantry empty except for spices and low fat organic various soup broths that I use in many recipies ( I usually break this down to 1/2 cup or 1 cup packages that I can freeze I often drink a cup of broth before meals it slows down my eating and is filling I use a bowl and a spoon it slows down consumption . I found I used small amounts of products and then wasted them so now I am very carefull about what is in my pantry
