I just found this program yesterday and signed up.. so I’m figuring out how to mafind my way around… One question is the good listed on my daily planner am I supposed to eat all the them or choose what I want to eat of the options..I loved that this program asked about medication and health and admit that these are all factors of weight gain.. I just find it some what confusing to follow..
