hi all I am a newbie, and I live in remote northern coastal British Columbia, Canada, near Alaska. We say we are at the end of the line for everything… We are limited on what is available. What is raw cheese and what is raw granola, please ? First week went well until I hit the weekend, back at it again tomorrow. pick myself up, dust myself off and onward, ho!!!
Hi, Dimorin, and welcome. Raw cheese is made from milk that has not been pasteurized and homogenized, and raw granola is granola made from uncooked and unprocessed ingredients. If you buy organic and have accessed to pasture-raised milk and granola without added fats and sugars, you’ll do fine. Try shopping at a store like this http://www.riversidegrocery.ca/, or you can order online, i.e. through Amazon.com.
Hang in there Dimorin!!!
