3hotdoxiesMemberI have multiple food allergies and it was so hard to plan the menu. I have to substitute coconut milk yogert everytime it appears on the menu, the only dairy I use is real butter in small measures. I have high cholesterol, gluten intolerance, it’s a nightmare. Also, I don’t eat beef but had to add it so I had the minimum 8 selections under the protein area. I hope this works… I haven’t read any information regarding food allergies on the Trim Down Club website. I can’t be alone here, surely someone else in the Trim Down Club faces the same challenges. Any suggestions?

Yes, of course – plenty of Clubmembers are in your spot, which is one of the major reasons we offer the Menu Planner and the option in your profile to select things like “Gluten-Free” and “Low-Cholesterol”. Note: “Vegan Yogurt (Non-Soy)” in the Menu Planner list does include coconut milk yogurt.
