After following the menu and noting the calories, grams of fat, carbs and proteins, I find that some of the meals have more carbs than I’m supposed to have at one time. Is there a menu option for diabetics?
Did you select the options for no sugar and low carbs? I found that very helpful and it has helped me in lowering my blood sugar. I also found if I exercised at least 45 minutes a day my sugar level went down. I was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. So I am just learning.
I didn’t see any place to make such an option. where do I find it?
You can update your special dietary needs in your profile (via the homepage). Best 🙂
I found it on my profile; it just says, “low sugar”. I’m guessing that also means, “low carb” as well.
Hi, dfriarski. All of the menu patterns are fairly low-carb.
