when I signed up I was hoping to read more about the right foods to speed up metabolism but I can’t find such information anywhere. Can I be informed on the regular basis?
I would like to know that too. Also I notice in the advert it says soy is super bad, but then I see recipes in the cookbooks calling for soy products. Seems like there needs to be some consistency. I would like it if the recipes had calories associated with them as well as serving sizes.
Thanks for your input! We will be updating recipes. As for soy products, it is the artificially processed products that concern us. Naturally fermented or roasted products are acceptable.
The right foods to speed up metabolism are those that are found in our menu planner – essentially unprocessed foods, nutritionally dense, with maximum enzyme protential, and low in simple carbohydrates and inefficient fats.
