Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Caravan. Fat-free ice cream is actually not necessary (high-quality, all-natural regular is preferred). You can use wholemeal “English muffins” instead of crumpets (see here: http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/gb/groceries/sainsburys-wholemeal-muffins-x6?langId=44&storeId=10151&krypto=PFkL3iIbns4LSDNtNin1BBqRrWs5ysqUMxFgRbpi9bK8asKbSYaocrghTGODHGAQsivr7eW4zNegZFQwkp7IOZw0%2BDhz1dzUz3fi1b4SX%2F5ovBjj8meuWSy2eZUrc2BG&ddkey=http%3Agb%2Fgroceries%2Fsainsburys-wholemeal-muffins-x6).
If you can’t find organic salad dressing, just make your own from relatively unprocessed ingredients such as olive oil, vinegars or citrus juices, and herbs and spices.
In general, you can find nearly all of the recommended foods at health-oriented shops. See our guide here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-UK.October 22, 2016 at 3:50 am #36904

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Joann. The type of wholemeal products you can find at Aldi’s or health-oriented shops (such as Baker’s Life and Helga’s) are a good bet. Cole’s carries Bill’s Organic wholemeal products, which are something of a gold standard.
