linwilMemberHello everyone. I also joined yesterday and would also like a complete list of no no foods – much easier for shopping. Are bananas on or off please? I like them in a smoothy for breakfast sometimes! Lin

larkinmMemberWhere do I find the main program guide to know recommended amounts & /ratios of carbs to fat to protein in each meal? I just joined today and can’t seem to find this info. Thanks!

SupportKeymasterHi larkinm,
You can find this information in the Trim Down Main Program Guide in the My Downloads area (located at the top right of the website). Also, the Menu Planner does all of this for you. Once you finish creating a menu you can click on ‘Exchange Mode’ to see the number of proteins, fats each item has.
Hope this helps and best of luck!January 2, 2016 at 6:21 pm #33359
