    I would like to know more about the foods to avoid. Also is corn in Europe one to avoid too as farming is different from the US?

    Hi, AshleyC. Just to add a note – the advantage of Europe is that anything that is genetically modified (GMO, which we don’t recommend) is more likely to be labeled as such.
