noDietforpamMemberI just joined, and I like the menus, however, I won’t do their menus forever. Is there a formula of carbs/fats/proteins that we should strive for at each meal/each day? I really like the fact it encourages whole non-processed food!

avocado123MemberI only started my membership yesterday so I’m an absolute beginner. Like you I don’t think I’ll do their menus in the long run. I noticed breakfast is usually 2 carbs / 1 protein / 1 fat /1 fruit, I wonder if there’s a page where this is summarised?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi to all. If you click on the exchange view icon in the toolbar above your finished menu, you will see your allotted exchanges for each meal – sort of a pattern. The exchanges relate to this list: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
Additionally, you can click on the circular arrow icon to the upper right of each meal, and you will be led to a sub-application where you can build your own menus from scratch, based on exchanges. - AuthorPosts
