Just a query. I see on the exchange list that broccoli is not free and has to be measure, but it is Free on the “Free” Vegetable List. as stated…
You can eat as much as you want from the following:
Broccoli
Also on the exchanges list spring onions are free but on the vegetables serving size list spring onions are not free.
