Hi, I just joined two day’s ago. I have tried the spinach soup and the sweet potato & carrot soup. I am food shopping over the weekend. The soups are great. I would like to freeze in small containers so I can use them as I need them. Can I do that? If I can’t freeze them, how long do they keep fresh in the fridge? I am very excited to start this new way of living. I need to loose 50 lbs… Since I work full time I would like to do as much cooking over the weekend so I can be set for the week. Do you think this will work? I have set my menu for the week and am going to buy what I need. I will let you know how I do… Thanks for all the support…
