We are “dry camping” in the RV for 2 weeks, so to minimize water usage, I am using “Healthy Choice” steamers for suppers. More than anything, I am wondering if it is giving me enough food for that meal. I stick to the healthier ones as they all come with a sauce. A lot even give a weight watchers count, like our program. What do you think Ossie?
Hi, Katy. They tend to be a little low in protein, so if you bring with you nuts/seeds (especially almonds), dairy or tahini (for calcium), and of course vegetables and fruits, you will be good to go.
