I’m new to the program. I keep seeing “frozen” pancakes all natural on the breakfast menu but I have no idea what that is referring to. Is it a recipe or a reference to a brand available at the stores?
Hi, annelouise, and welcome. We refer there to store-bought types that have all-natural and relatively unrefined/processed ingredients. For example:
“Organic whey (milk), organic whole wheat flour, organic cane sugar, organic expeller pressed soybean oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), organic vanilla flavor, sea salt, organic oat fiber, organic eggs, organic soy lecithin (emulsifier).”
You can, of course, make your own from scratch, using unrefined ingredients – always ideal.
