Is it ok to eat frozen vegetables and fruits. or just fresh. I do find it easier and last longer frozen vegetables. I looked at the frozen Broccoli and the ingredients stated jus Broccoli.
Hi, Evalen. Frozen produce is excellent. We do recommend to buy types without additives such as salt and sugar, just like the broccoli you noted.
